Discreet Packaging
All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded eco-friendly packaging with a single shipping label.
No product details or store branding appear on the parcel.
The sender name may appear as KLCN or GKWS to ensure complete discretion.

Delivery times vary by destination:

While we do everything possible to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to customs processing, courier disruptions, or events outside our control. These delays are unfortunately not eligible for refunds. If your delivery is taking longer than expected, please contact us and we’ll assist where possible.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 5-8 business days for tracking to activate.
Tracking updates usually appear once the parcel:

Arrives in your destination country, and
-
Is scanned by the local delivery partner
The courier used depends on the size and weight of your order.
If tracking links do not update correctly, we recommend checking the tracking number directly with your local courier. If issues continue, contact us here for support.
My Tracking Number Isn’t Working
If your tracking shows “item not found” or doesn’t update:

The parcel may not have been scanned yet by the destination courier

Tracking usually updates 3-6 business days after customs clearance
If tracking still doesn’t appear after this period, please contact us here and we’ll investigate.
Partial Shipments
Some orders may be sent in multiple parcels to ensure faster delivery.
Each parcel will have its own tracking number, which may be sent in separate emails.
If you believe part of your order is missing, check your account (if you have created one with us and checked out using it), your email and/or junk email folder first, then contact us here and we’ll assist.
Returns & Exchanges
Easy Returns
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery, subject to hygiene and safety requirements.
Returns are issued as store credit once approved and processed.
Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Our team will work with you to:

Replace the item with the same product (where available), or

Issue store credit once the defect is verified
We may request photos or video evidence and, in some cases, the return of the item for inspection.
Replacement shipping costs are covered by us.
If store credit is issued for a confirmed defect, it will include the item cost and original shipping charge.
Items outside the 30-day return window may still be eligible under our 2-Year Warranty. Full details are available on our Warranty page here.
Unwanted Item Returns
If you change your mind, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Conditions:

Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

All accessories, manuals, and manufacturer seals must be intact
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Approved returns are issued as store credit, minus a disposal or handling fee.
How to Arrange a Return or Exchange

Contact us via our email form here to request a return authorisation

Include your name, order number, item (SKU), and reason for return

Wait for approval and your Return Authorisation Number (RAN)

Clearly write the RAN on the outside of the return package
We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service.
Returns sent without authorisation may be refused and subject to a disposal fee.
Processing Your Return
Once your return arrives and is inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
Store credit is issued after processing, minus applicable fees.
Warranty Coverage
All products sold by Anal Sex Toys Shop are backed by a 2-Year Warranty against manufacturing defects.
