Our 2-Year Product Warranty

At Anal Sex Toys Shop, we stand behind the quality of every toy we sell. That’s why all products are covered by a 2-Year Warranty against manufacturing defects.

If a product fails due to a genuine manufacturing issue (not misuse or normal wear), we’ll replace it or provide an equivalent item of the same value.

Your pleasure should never come with uncertainty.


What the Warranty Covers

Our 2-Year Warranty applies to manufacturing and functional faults that prevent a product from operating as intended.
The warranty period begins on the date of purchase, and claims must be submitted within 2 years of that date.

Covered issues include:

  • Motor failure or loss of function

  • Buttons or controls not responding

  • Charging or power issues not caused by damage

  • Dead-on-arrival products

  • Structural defects that affect performance (not caused by misuse)

If the issue isn’t your fault and impacts how the toy works, we’ll make it right.


What Isn’t Covered

Due to hygiene, safety, and product integrity, the warranty does not apply to:

  • Cosmetic changes such as scratches, marks, or colour changes

  • Normal wear from regular use

  • Damage caused by impact, bending, crushing, or chewing

  • Battery damage caused by improper storage or exposure

  • Use with non-compatible substances such as oils, lotions, or edible products that degrade materials or electronics

  • Products that have been opened, altered, repaired, or modified

  • Items purchased from unauthorised sellers or resale platforms

  • Lost, stolen, or misplaced products

Please note: Any attempt to dismantle or repair a product yourself will void the warranty.


What You’ll Need to Submit a Claim

To help us process your warranty claim efficiently, please have the following ready:

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt, or transaction record)

  • Product name or SKU

  • A clear description of the fault

  • Photos or video showing the issue (where possible)

  • Your full name and delivery address

Claims cannot be processed without proof of purchase.


How the Warranty Process Works

We aim to keep the process straightforward and respectful of your time.

1. Submit Your Claim

Contact us via our support page with the details listed above.
If you’re including photos or videos, upload them to a secure cloud link and share access with us or waiting until we reply to your request, and we will ask you to send us photos / videos via email

2. Claim Review

Our team will review your submission within 5–7 business days.
If approved, we’ll issue a Return Warranty Number (RWN) and provide next steps.

3. Return (If Required)

In some cases, we may ask for the product to be returned for inspection.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Please package the item securely and clearly label the RWN on the parcel.

4. Replacement Sent

Once approved (and received, if applicable), we’ll dispatch a replacement - either the same item or a comparable product of equal value.
We cover the cost of shipping the replacement to you.
Dispatch typically occurs within 7–10 business days of final approval.


Hygiene & Safety Notice

For health and safety reasons, opened or used intimate products cannot be returned unless a verified manufacturing defect is confirmed.
This policy protects all customers and ensures product integrity.


Something Not Working as It Should?

If you notice unusual behaviour - unexpected noises, flashing indicators, weak motors, or charging issues - contact us as soon as possible.
In many cases, we can troubleshoot with you and quickly determine whether the issue qualifies under warranty.
